What regions do we sell and ship to?
We currently only sell in the United States（Excluding Outer Continental Islands and Alaska）
How long does shipping take?
Normally, orders to the USA will be shipped via UPS&USPS or Amazon Delivery. We always want our customers to get our products as soon as possible

Average shipping time to USA.
Free shipping: 3-10 business days (Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in delivery of 1-2 business days)
VIP  shipping: 2-5 business days (Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay of 1-2 business days)

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for shipment.

There are circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, our carriers may experience some situations and delays. For this reason, we do not guarantee exact delivery times; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product has been shipped.
