Use Of Distance Measuring Slide Rule

When you know the actual height of an object in the distance is 2 meters, use the following steps to measure the distance:

1. Facing the measured object, turn the focusing hand wheel to focus the object. (At this time, the target and the measurement reticle should be clearly observed at the same time)
2. Align the horizontal baseline of the measuring reticle with the bottom line of the object, and measure the high density value of the object (if shown, the measured object height density value is 2)
3. Rotate the measuring circle, align the arrow to the position of the dense scale 2 and check that the object distance corresponding to the object size scale 3 is 325, the unit is meters, that is, the distance you see the object is 325 meters.

Get the direction you are looking in

The compass reading is 0°(360°)-360°. The meaning of the reading is:

• 360°, representing the direction North;
• 90°, representing the direction East;
• 180°, representing the direction South;
• 270° represents the direction West.
